responsibility:
1. Responsible for organizing the company c&b management work, prepare monthly salary welfare TAB and supervise, coordinate and inspect the implementation;
2. Responsible for human resource demand of each department and the collection plan, recruitment plan according to the circumstance, monitor the recruitment work as a whole, the selection of the appropriate personnel;
3. Responsible for the maintenance of labor relations, familiar with labor law, labor relations change, avoid labor risk, dealing with emergencies and disputes;
4. Organize the training system, organize the internal training and external training;
5. Responsible for the company's daily administrative work, to assist the department manager and the management of department;

job requirements:
1. College or above, 3 years of full-time work experience in human resources management;
